I am a photo person. I love photos. I used to be the one in high school or college that took my film (yes, film) to the one hour processing station at a local pharmacy so that I could get my pictures right away. (Yes, I was THAT girl).
Between a lack of time and the convenience of digital photos stored ever so carefully on my computer, I admit that I am no longer that person. In fact, it has been a long time since I have printed any pictures.
Snapfish makes sharing treasured memories easy, whether it is through printed photos, photo books, cards, or other photo related items. Which is good, because I have over 400 pictures from five days in Haiti (we won’t talk about how many pictures I have on my computer from the rest of my life).
Creating a photo book is extremely simple and a great outlet for creativity. Once I log in, I upload my photos, pick a style, and start selecting and placing photos into the pages. You can write captions, change the layout of the pages, and more.
I could spend hours thinking about the layout, the captions, and the style of the book, because that is just my personality, but in truth, it is not necessary. Just like a point and shoot camera allows you to quickly and easily take a picture, Snapfish does most of the work for you (you just have to let it, aka, not be quite as obsessive as I “might” be).
The house will be decorated in a what else?…. Travel theme. There will be goodies from Snapfish, food, beverages, and even Principessa is getting in on the fun as she will convene the kids group in our basement.
Girls time. A party. Sharing travel experiences from our trip to Haiti. What could be better? I can’t wait to share all about our party with you, photos and all!
Disclosure: Snapfish provided me with product/credit to create my own photo book and host my party.
