Late last week, the Mom 2.0 Summit took over the Ritz Carlton in Key Biscayne Florida. Over 300 social media writers, marketers, and explorers engaged in conversation, learning, and networking. But also? This conference…this fabulous three days…left my brain on overload. Not only did I learn and reflect but I had a MONSTER of an idea that is now percolating in my brain, ready to be molded and shaped into something that could be developed and turned into a reality.
While I was in Key Biscayne, soaking up the words and gleanings of SO many engaging and truly FABULOUS women, I was also exploring my roots….not my hair roots, but my writer’s roots. The things that make me a writer over at Erin Margolin’s fabulous home. I shared why I am a non traditional writer, but why despite the … and the parentheses, I consider myself part of this space.
And…if those things were not enough to put my brain on overload….I took the stage today as part of DC’s Listen to Your Mother. It was a day unlike any other. A day that I am unlikely to EVER forget.
So tonight, my brain is overwhelmed. It is processing. It is filled with ideas, inspiration, emotion, and excitement. I will share. All of my learning. All of my inspiration.

You are amazing, my friend. ..and I can’t wait to hear more about your monster. xoxo
So very proud of you, you are an amazing strong and resilient and brave and wonderful soul. So blessed to spend time with you … one of these days we will collaborate, I just feel it in my bones
I cannot wait to hear all about Listen to your Mother DC! I don’t live in the DC area, but have a co-worker and friend who does and who was going last night! Hope it went well!?
Glad you had such a great trip, can’t wait to hear about it. I am so sorry I missed the play. I had signed up for a 1/2 marathon months before, and we were having a birthday dinner for my dad. I am sure it was fabulous considering all of the talented people involved.
I can’t wait to see your monster roar
That’s what monsters do, right?
